automated roasting system

froco coffee automated roasting system is designed by master roaster for master roasters under Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition (SCADA) system, fully run under Microsoft Windows with touchscreen capability, virtually unlimited roast profile database, easy to use Graphical User Interface and employed a Microsoft Access database sytem.

this system is not a master roaster replacement, designed to used by a professional master roaster to improve roasting consistency.

we know that roaster are demanded to be fully concentrated to watch temperature movement, color change and other factors from second to second. on the other hand they work in a hot and uncomfortable area near by the roasting machine that make it so hard to do so.

this system enable roaster to pre-input roast profile and save it to database to use over and over again.once it executed roasting machine will follow roast profile automatically.

Two modes available, Drum temperature controlled (System will adjust burner to set drum temperature) and Beans temperature controlled ( system will adjust burner to set beans temperature).
