green beans arrival

This is the very first step from the whole process needed to create a good cup of coffee.This step play an important role that directly affected to the next process.No matter how good your roaster is,or how good your coffee machine is, or even how good your barista is.... bad beans will end up as bad cup of coffee.

Same seed planted in one region will taste heaven and earth diferent with the one planted in different region.Even year to year crops from one region may slightly different.

There are two types of post harvesting process, dry processing and wet processing.This will also affected to the taste delivered by the roasted bean itself.Which process is used depend on region from where the beans come from.Some beans taste better with dry process and some taste better with wet process.

That is why we strictly select our farmer partner and make sure that every single beans arrived on our factory has processed correctly and fullfil our quality standart.We are not hesitate to reject green beans on arrival if they are not meet our quality standart or different from sample we received and approved before.
